Working with updated bills
The updated bills list provides a comprehensive view of all bills that have been updated. You can filter the list by author, client, or matter for more targeted results.
Right-click menu options for updated bills include:
- Reverse an updated bill
- View an updated bill
- Print an updated bill
- Update a draft bill
- Un-update a bill
- Replicate an updated bill
Reversing an Updated Bill
This action fully reverses all transactions related to the bill, reinstating any time and disbursements included in the bill back onto the matter as unbilled. A new draft bill can then be created as needed.
Un-updating an Updated Bill
This action reverts the bill’s status to “Draft,” preserving all the bill’s details. The draft bill can then be edited to make the necessary changes.
