The management report provides a detailed analysis of your time and fee activities providing a high-level summary of critical key performance indicators.
The report includes an analysis for each working author along with an overall analysis for the firm.
This report can be run from the main report menu or, from the Workspace Performance tab using the right click menu option.
Report sections.
Files
Reports new client and matters opened plus an analysis of how your new clients are finding you (business referral codes).
Time
Reports hours recorded with a comparison to your budget.
Fees
Reports fees billed with a comparison to your budget including premium and write off activity.
Fees optional selections
You can opt to select a further analysis of your fee information reporting by the Lawgroup, the matter Acting Author and the client Introducing author.
WIP
Reports a summary of author WIP activity for the month and includes an aged analysis of their WIP.
Debtors
Reports a summary of debtor activity for the month and includes an aged analysis of the debtor balance. Note that debtor information is being analysed by the matter acting author.
