LegalOffice supports the Microsoft Unicode UTF-8 Worldwide language packs.
Having this feature enabled allows you to use international keyboards and save records and documents created within LegalOffice in those languages.
This will also allow you save Emails received that contain international characters and Emoji images.
To enable this feature, open the Windows Control Panel / Region / Administrative tab – click change system locale and tick the box ‘Use Unicode UTF-8 for Wordwide language support’.
Advisory warning
As of posting this warning, Microsoft Outlook has known issues when using UTF-8 and some English language emails are displayed in another language in error. We’ll keep you posted as to when Microsoft has resolved this.
