Working with recorded time

Learn how you can maintain time that has been entered.

Time is entered and updated against an author.

Chargeable time recorded against a client matter becomes WIP and is available for billing. Non chargeable time recorded against a client matter is shown as non chargeable time on the client matter and cannot be billed to the client.

Non chargeable time entered without a client matter becomes time worked by the author which can then be reported on.

Once a time line has been updated it cannot be changed. However, as long as it has not been billed or written off it, can be un updated and then changed or even deleted.

Once a time line has been billed or written off it can be reversed i.e. a negative timeline can be added.
